Web Design and Maintenance

Status: Full-time.

Location: Quantico, VA.

Clearance: TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility.

Labor Category Level: Journeyman.

Salary: 94,000 – $108,000.

Education Required: This is an employee with skills, training and education at a professional level above Junior level. Education should include schools and certifications in a tier above what was completed in Junior level. Civilian education must be at least bachelor’s degree level plus three years’ work experience in the specific task. In lieu of this requirement, six years' total work experience in the specific task OR an associate's degree plus four years' work experience in the specific task may be substituted.

This person shall support and maintain development and testing of web-based portals hosted by the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) across three security domains: Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS). Contractor shall meet certification requirements as an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I, as set forth in DoDD 8140.

• Manage space/storage requirements (hubs, tenants, and sites).
• Develop and test custom web parts, libraries, and lists while managing site permissions.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows with Visio and SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Java Scripting and JQuery to manipulate the Document Object Model (DOM) and customize pages with Client Side Rendering.
• Provide technical assistance in the management of software and licenses.
• Provide graphic support (limited to the manipulation of existing images).
• Set up and implement DOD-selected collaboration tools, including Microsoft SharePoint, Defense Collaboration Services, Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
